Reproductions of the classic Fat Bob gas tank. Mounting is made to OEM specifications for a perfect fit on stock Harley 4 Speed Big Twin frames thru 1984 (except Softails). Also fits our Custom rigid and swing arm frames. Each tank is quality inspected and made to accept either the FX style dual instrument dash or the FL-FXWG style large speedo dash, for that Fat Bob look. Available in 3.5 gallon (13,2L.) and 5 gallon (18,9L.). Tank accepts OEM or after market gascaps and fuel valve.
Our Fat Bob tank sets are a duplication of the late style « Flatside » tank sets. They fit FXST models 1984 thru 1999 and are available in a wide variety of tank caps such as OEM style cam lock gas cap and Screw-In bung and flush cap design. Flush caps are available as a Screw-In bung and our quick-lock style. Quick lock can also be bought with key operated lock. The latest addition is the small aluminum aircraft style gas cap set. These lockable Aero-style gas cap sets have a chrome plated finish and are also separately available. Tanks are the best quality on the market. Can be used for crash repairs or any other Custom application. Available in a 3.5 (13,2L.) and a 5 (18,9L.) gallon capacity. Accepts most FL, FXWG and FXST style dashes.
These split stretched gas tanks will give your Softail that long, slippery stretched look associated with the top Custom bike builders. The stretched section is not a weld-on piece but an actual part of the tank. The exclusive stretched Zodiac tanks are the only one-piece steel tank available. Its design will give your bike smooth flowing lines and a very classy look. Due to the sleek design a narrow seat (like our Silhouette seats) must be used, stock seat may not fit. Fits all Softail models 1984 thru 1999. Available with Screw-In type gas caps, Quick Cam lockable flush or a set of our small chrome plated aluminum Aero-style gas caps. Gas caps are separately available.
These two piece stretched gas tanks will give an extra long, extra slippery stretched look. Tanks are made by welding a 2″ extension to our stretched tanks making them in total 4″ (10cm) longer than the stock tank. The extra stretch provides that special slim look. The rear of the tank has a cut out to match with most narrow seats, such as our Silhouette seats. Fits Softail models 1984 thru 1999. Tanks are available in three different cap styles and two sizes, 4.2 gallon (15.9L.) and 5.4 gallon (20,4L.).
Zodiac’s King Size tanks for Sportster models have been a popular choice of Custom bike builders for many years. Through the years it has become the « classic » choice for those who want the mileage. We up-graded this classic « King Sportster » gas tank with rubber mounts to isolate it from the engine vibration, and add four style gas caps, being the stock style Screw-In, the Quick Cam lockable flush mount, a chrome plated lockable Midi Aero-style aluminum gas cap and the latest Pop-up gas cap in a paintable as well as a chrome plated finish. Except for the stock style Screw-In type tanks, gas caps are included with the tanks. Will bolt to the Stock frame mounts. Available for 1982 thru 2003 Sportster including the Evolution Sportster. Has larger than stock fuel capacity for extra mileage. Holds approx. 3.1 gallon (11,7L.).
Another of Zodiac’s top quality gas tanks. Tanks have an improved « All rubber mount » at the front and back, which isolate the tank from the vehicle’s vibration. Fits all Sportster models 1957 thru 2003 (except 1979-1981) including the Evolution models. Tanks are designed to bolt to the original mounts and accept the 2-light or 3-light dash with large FL style speedo. 1957 thru 1978 model has cam lock gas, 1982 thru 2003 has Screw-In type gas caps. The 1982 thru 2003 model is also available with the Quick Cam lockable flush mount gas caps. These flush mount tank do include a set of lockable gas caps. Combine this tank with our Wide Glide conversion kit, Ducktail front fender and nostalgic seat to create your own Heritage look. Tank holds approx. 3.3 gallon (12,5L.). Mounts are separately available.
Initially the stretched style tanks were made by welding an extension to the rear of the tank but Zodiac has the real thing. This smooth top stretched Sportster tank has it all and adds more style to your machine. These tanks are available in a dual or single cap for Screw-In, lockable, flush mount Quick Cam gas caps, Aero-style chrome plated and lockable aluminum gas caps as well as latest style Pop-up gas caps. Flush mount, Aero and Pop-up gas tanks include gas cap(s). Holds approx. 4 gallon (15,1L.) of gas and comes complete with mounting hardware. Fits Sportster models 1982 thru 2003.

Replacement lockable Quick Cam flush mount gas caps. Available as a set with one vented and one non-vented cap for tanks with dual Quick Cam gas caps, or vented cap for tanks with single Quick Cam gas cap.
