HEAVY DUTY TRANSMISSION CASES
These transmission cases for 1986 thru 1999 Softails are designed to be the strongest on the market with extra case thickness and full support gussets where needed. Cases are cast from A356 aluminum in CNC machined permanent molds and heat treated to T6 specifications and then fully machined on a state-of-the-art CNC horizontal machining center. Available in plain cast, polished, or black powder coated finish. Accepts electronic speed sensor. For those who do not want to use the electronic speedo sensor a plug and O-ring seal are available. Bearings, dowel pins and mounting studs are not included.
